Corporate Communication aims to enhance the reputation of the Fund and the Abu Dhabi government, and work to raise awareness of the Fund's services and the Pension Law among all categories of customers. During 2020, after the outbreak of the (Covid-19) pandemic, the Fund resorted to activating alternative plans to support media coverage, and to complete various communication activities and encounter the rumors in light of the crisis.
A number of accomplished achievements herein contributed, including the intensification of media appearances in the local media compared to previous years, and the number of media appearances reached nearly 3,000 times in various media outlets. This is in addition to publishing on social media, which has reached nearly 1,144 tweets in various channels of the Fund.
At the level of internal communication, all the means of internal communication represented in the internal network, e-mail and induction workshops, in addition to the social media channels allocated to the employees, were dedicated to publish the most important news and developments at the internal level. Accordingly, 95 news and announcements were published on the internal network of the Fund, in addition to sending 70 e-mails to the team to create awareness or deliver an announcement.
