Listing the Fund's Services on "Tamm" Platform
The Fund is keen to create new service channels to improve the customers’ experience. It also believes in the importance of joint government cooperation to provide integrated services that save time and effort for customers and improve their experience in obtaining government services. From this standpoint, the Fund’s services for civilian and military pensioners have been included through the Abu Dhabi Unified Services platform. “TAMM”, which represented an important addition to the service of its customers, as it strengthened their ability to perform more than one service through one platform.
Electronic Archiving Project
The Fund is keen on adapting modern technologies to serve all its
operations and projects, especially those aimed at serving customers
and preserving their rights. The “electronic archiving” project came
with the aim of arranging and organizing data processing and making
use of technological means in saving and retrieving information
easily with a high level of quality, when needed. Electronic archiving
reduces the costs of traditional paper transactions, improves
capabilities, and reduces error rates.
In this context, the Fund has finished archiving all the documents
related to the service addition and retirement benefits at a rate of
100%. The Fund continues its efforts and shall complete all electronic
archiving operations during the coming period.
