During the past year, the Fund continued its improvement plans, which did not neglect the internal development processes in terms of form and content, as the main customer happiness hall and reception were reopened after being developed in a modern manner, which enhances the customers experience during their presence to obtain the service at the Fund’s headquarter. Moreover, the renovation included the Fund's branch in Al Ain.
Development of the Internal Correspondences System “Atheer”
The Fund has completed the project of developing the internal correspondences system “Atheer”, which aimed to develop and implement the policies and operations of the general inbox and outbox system, automating the process of structuring and managing internal and external correspondences. The new system provides a performance indicator for message completion, and comprehensive, detailed and instant reports. The implementation of the project contributed to controlling the quality of internal and external messages, automating the process of structuring and managing the internal and external correspondences.
2- Training and Corporate Culture
There is no doubt that corporate culture plays an important role in developing and improving the work environment. Accordingly, the Fund paid great attention to supporting the concept of corporate culture in the work team, through Corporate Culture Project, which was launched by the Fund in 2019, with the aim of enhancing employees’ awareness of the Fund’s values, and considering it a constitution for their daily dealings, and reviving positive behaviors to reach an attractive and happy work environment. Work continued on the project for the third year in a row, with the development of many programs, events and awareness campaigns on the Fund's internal channels.
"The Art of Achievement" Workshop Discusses Development Skills and Professional Competencies
The Fund held a remote training workshop entitled “The Art of Achievement”, as a continuation of the series of training workshops held by the Fund in implementation of the Corporate Culture Project launched by the Fund in 2019, with the aim of establishing corporate values and reviving positive behaviors to reach an attractive and happy work environment. The workshop focused on explaining the best ways to achieve the goals and providing the employee with basic skills that help him/her achieving efficient and effective results.
The Fund's Team Learns About the “Magic Recipe for Success”
The “Secret Recipe for Success” workshop discussed the best ways to reach excellence and success in professional and personal life, and ways to achieve goals and ambitions intelligently and through innovative ways.
Steps Towards Better Quality
“Steps Towards Better Quality” was the title of one of the training courses held by the Fund to explain the best ways to maintain quality at work, maintain customer loyalty and exceed expectations. The session was designed to develop employees' skills in a practical and more enjoyable way.
Managing Work Loads
The Fund held a virtual training course that discussed “Pressures Management” with the aim of providing the trainees with the secrets of positivity and how to apply it in personal and professional life, identifying the eight gaps that prevent us from growing, reviewing many methods used in encountering life challenges and sharing the trainees experience on how to manage pressure.
Emotional intelligence and its importance in the work environment
The “Emotional Intelligence” workshop, which was held by the Fund within the Corporate Culture Project, aimed to train the participants on the use of emotional intelligence in improving communication and interpersonal skills, provide them with the ability to have an accurate mechanism to identify strengths and weaknesses points in their personalities and benefit from them in setting their future plans.
Certified Trainer Program in Mind Maps
Eleven employees of the Fund's team have passed the Certified Trainer Course in the
field of Mind Maps. The Fund is the
first government authority to be accredited by the “Tony Buzan” Center in the country.
Moreover, 23 employees graduated
from the Certified Trainer Course.
The training course contributes to the development of planning and management skills, in
addition to stimulating
creativity in terms of linking ideas in a logical and innovative way to be entrenched in
memory, which supports the
team's skills and enhances the culture of innovation and creativity at work.
