The Board of Directors Approves the Strategic Plan 2022-2026
The Fund succeeded in achieving the objectives of its strategic plan, which was designed to keep pace with the government’s plan and support its efforts to achieve social development that guarantees a decent life for the members of the community. The strategic plan has achieved outstanding results in terms of achieving the financial sustainability and providing retirement services that enrich the customers’ experience, in addition to completing digital transformation processes, adopting the principle of innovation and future foresight.
During the past year, the Fund's Board of Directors approved the new strategic direction
of the Fund 2022 - 2026, which
is based on an ambitious vision and approach that establishes a new concept for the role
of the Pension System.
The Fund's new plan was designed based on scientific methodology that relied on
performance standards and comparisons
with the best international ratings. The plan considered the needs and aspirations of
customers, partners and concerned
groups of society.
According to the new plan, the Fund's vision, message and mission have been updated, as well as the core values that it adopts as the basis of its work. The Fund will start implementing its new strategy from “2022” through long and short-term plans.
