Launching the Fund's Services on “Whats App” Application

Within its desire to expand the scope of its digital services, the Fund launched its services on the “Whats App” application. The services provided to customers through the “Whats App” application include the ability to obtain To Whom It May Concern certificates, and provide a list of the most frequently asked questions about the Pension Law and Fund services. The new Channel is considered an interactive service through artificial intelligence techniques, which contributes to saving time and effort for customers and facilitating their access to services in a quick and secured manner.

New Share Entitlement Service

The Fund has launched a new service on the website, which is the “New Share Entitlement” service. It allows the electronic completion of the pension distribution procedures to the beneficiaries after the death of the active member/ pensioner without the need to visit the Fund headquarter, as part of the Fund’s completion of its efforts to develop digital services, and its keenness on the customers’ convenience and happiness.

Launching the Updated Version of the “Abu Dhabi Pensions” Mobile App

During the past year, the Fund launched the updated version of the “Abu Dhabi Pensions” smart phones application , which was designed to become more user-friendly in addition to providing number of new services, bringing the total services provided by the application to 15 electronic services. The updated services included Contributions details, extracting certificates, updating data, displaying deduction details, displaying financial data, following up on requests, displaying service term details, and details of the pensionable salary.

New Features of Electronic Linkage

The Fund expanded the circle of cooperation with government authorities and institutions in Abu Dhabi, after the success of the electronic linkage project, which was launched by the Fund in 2011. The main objective of the “electronic linkage” project, when it was created, was to cancel the annual declaration permanently to prove the continuation of the pension disbursement, but its concept was expanded to include the provision of a range of services and other benefits, in order to ensure the convenience of customers, especially the pensioners category, as well as saving time and efforts. It included facilitating some government procedures, such as those related to housing loans and other benefits. By the end of 2021, the total number of entities with which the electronic linkage was completed by the Fund reached 26 at the local and federal levels.
