International Award in Strategic Planning
The Fund won the “Richard Goodman Award for Strategic Planning” in the category of Government Institutions, which is granted by the American Society for Strategic Planning to institutions for excellence in the practice of strategic planning and corporate performance.
The Fund Occupies the First Position in the Abu Dhabi Government Contact Center
The Fund came first in the overall performance result of government authorities
affiliated with the Abu Dhabi Government
Contact Center. The Fund’s achievement of the first position came as a result of the
Customer Happiness Division work
team application of the highest standards in service provision, in terms of speedy
response to various inquiries
received through the Abu Dhabi Government Contact Center.
The Fund’s winning of the first place came as an outcome of the great efforts of the
work team, and their insistence on
competition and topping the list of government service providers in Abu Dhabi, which
reflects the professionalism of the
customer support team’s staff in dealing with customers’ inquiries and observations in a
timely manner, along with the
required accuracy and comprehensiveness.
The Fund tops “Abu Dhabi Digital Index”
The Fund topped the indicator of the digital channels use last year, according to the indicators’ report of digital transformation of services issued by Abu Dhabi Digital Authority for the third quarter of 2021. According to the report, the efforts of the work team in completing the smart transformation operations contributed to saving approximately 7,460 million dirhams to customers, in addition to saving time and effort, as the total number of saved working days reached 1,119 working days. This comes as a culmination of the efforts of the Fund team and its efforts in developing services in accordance with the latest international standards.

Internal Excellence Award “Al-Bairaq”
The Fund organized the fourth session of the Internal Excellence Award “Al-Bairaq”, in
which a large number of the
Fund's employees from various divisions participated. The results were announced within
the 50th National Day
celebration which came in favor of the Strategic Planning and Performance Division
winning the Al-Bairaq Grand Prix
2021.
The Corporate Communication Division won the category of Fund Strategy Achievement, the
Employer and Pensioner Services
sector won the Main Tasks category, while the Information Technology Division won the
Best Internal Services Division
category.
In the Risk and Business Continuity category, the Pensioner and Beneficiary services
sector won; while the award in the
Innovation category went to the Research and Data Division; the award of the Employee
Management and Work Organization
category won by The Finance Division; and the Customer Happiness Sector won the Best
Service category, and finally the
Smart Contributions Award won the Best Project category.
“Misbar” to Support Innovation and Ideas Exchange
Last year, the Fund launched the “Misbar” e-system, which allows the ideas exchange and improvement notes in unconventional creative ways in the Fund. The system aims to support the strategy and innovation requirements that the Fund is keen to establish in the internal business environment, and to break away from stereotyped suggestions and observations. It also aims to encourage innovative thinking among employees and help them find innovative solutions to the challenges they encounter in the work environment. The system also allows receiving suggestions and comments from partners in order to improve services and develop business.
