Experiences Exchange
The Fund's team is keen to organize reciprocal visits with strategic partners, government and private authorities, with the aim of exchanging information and developing corporate performance. During the past year, many virtual visits and meetings were organized with various institutions inside and outside the emirate. The Fund also continued its annual training plan for employees and entities virtually, as a large number of virtual awareness workshops were held, in addition to 50 internal training workshops for employees.
Awareness workshop in cooperation with “Family Development”
The Fund organized virtual awareness workshop for those who are close to superannuation, in cooperation with the Barakat Al Dar Club of the Family Development Foundation in Abu Dhabi. The workshop aimed to raise the participants, active members, pensioners and active members’ awareness of the Pension Law in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the provided services by the Fund to the entities.
Pension Law Awareness Workshop for “Housing Authority” Employees
The Abu Dhabi Pension Fund held remote awareness workshop on the Pension Law in Abu Dhabi for Abu Dhabi Housing Authority employees. The workshop aimed to raise awareness of the rights and duties of the active members, in addition to introducing the most important clauses of the Pension Law.
Planning Happy and Fruitful Retirement
The Fund participated in a virtual training workshop organized by the Abu Dhabi Department of Health for its employees entitled “Planning for a Fruitful and Happy Retirement”. The workshop included a lecture on the importance of superannuation preparation and planning.
Exchanging Experiences with “Department of Health” on Customer Relations
The Fund held a remote meeting with the Department of Health to discuss the most important mechanisms and practices adopted by the Fund in managing customer relations. The meeting came at the department's request to review the Fund's experience in this regard, especially since the Fund is ranked among the best entities in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in terms of customer happiness and satisfaction, according to reports issued by the Abu Dhabi Digital Authority in previous years.
Benchmarking Comparison with “Agriculture and Food Safety”
The Fund held a virtual benchmarking comparison with the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority, to review the best practices in the work mechanism and exchange experiences between the two parties. During the meeting, the representatives of the authority were briefed on the work mechanism in the various sectors of the Fund, and the divisions’ tasks and supporting cadres in the implementation of the Fund's plans and priorities.
Benchmarking Comparison with “Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority”
The Fund held virtual benchmarking comparison with the Abu Dhabi Accountability
Authority, aimed to introducing the
Authority team to the best practices and exchange experiences in the field of strategic
planning and business
excellence.
The Fund team presented the methodologies used in building the Fund's strategic and
operational plan, as well as the
projection mechanism of the strategic and operational goals at the level of individuals,
in addition to highlighting the
extent of their contribution to achieving the goals.
Benchmarking Comparison with the “Pension Authority”
The Fund held virtual benchmarking comparison with the General Pension and Social Security Authority, aimed to inform the Authority team about the “WhatsApp Business Service” that the Fund recently launched. Moreover, the Fund team presented the new service functioning mechanism and how customers can benefit from it.
Discussing the Concept of “Future Foresight”
A virtual training workshop organized by the Fund entitled “Future Foresight” discussed the concept of Future foresight in preparation for the start of technical and practical training to implement the best practices regarding the Fund's foresight plan. The workshop included four axes, namely; Definition of Future Foresight Science, Future Foresight Emergence, Future Foresight Tools and Future Foresight Applications.
